Who We Are
Jennifer Pinckert Tierney
Founding Partner, Southern California
Born in Westwood and raised in Brentwood, I have been in real estate representing buyers and sellers in the greater Los Angeles area since 1994. After graduating from USC with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I cut-my-teeth in the family business by partnering with my father, Erny Pinckert, a respected long-time Realtor and owner of Brentwood boutique company – Norton Realty. The many years spent as protégée to my Father left me with invaluable lessons that I cherish and leverage to this very day.
I pride myself on a commitment to customer-centric service, emphasizing one-on-one personal relationships and working patiently with my clients to boost their confidence levels during the more challenging parts of a transaction. My market place insight, vast network of contacts and negotiating tactics truly shine during time-sensitive deals. At the end of the day my business model is designed to create long-term relationships with my clients so that I can help them buy their first home, be there to assist them when it’s time to move up or retire, and even work with the next generation of the same family when the time comes.
Because of all of this, I work almost exclusively by referrals. Nearly 98 percent of my business is referral and repeat clients, and it covers a broad spectrum of properties and neighborhoods. I hope to have an opportunity to work with you and your family in the future. Best wishes!

Kale Mendeleyev
Partner, Southern California
I was born and raised in Pacific Palisades, CA. After graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree, I began my career by working as a junior agent at a talent agency. This initial opportunity helped me to develop my business acumen and my desire to work hard for my clients.
When I was presented with the opportunity to shift my career into residential real estate, I knew this would be a great career move for me and decided to make the change. I have been working at Partners Trust now for over a year and am primarily focusing on the areas that I have spent my entire life getting to know!
As the daughter of a residential real estate developer and commercial broker, I am fortunate to have been exposed to the business of real estate for my entire life. Becoming a residential real estate agent was therefore a very natural career choice for me.
When I am not working, I enjoy staying active through various activities such as yoga, boxing, and hiking, as well as participating in events in my area such as farmer’s markets, fundraisers, etc. I also find joy in traveling with my family and exploring the world.
Nicole LaMotte
Partner, Southern California
A dynamic, accomplished interior and travel photographer for 20 years, Nicole brings a unique eye to capturing and articulating a home’s character. Having worked with some of today’s most influential interior designers, publications, and brands, she brings her keen, editorial eye to her real-estate portfolio.
A Santa Monica resident for 17 years, Nicole’s reputation and photo business is built on her long-standing client relationships based on expertise, integrity and her savvy sense of style. Her transition into real estate is a natural path given her passion for home, people and exploration. She understands that while looking at a house can be exciting, the actual transaction can be daunting and emotional. Nicole works to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible while walking alongside her clients the whole way.
Nicole is an alumnus of Miss Porter’s School, where she serves on the Alumnae Board and received her undergraduate degree from Columbia College in Chicago. She studied photography at The Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara.
Outside of work, Nicole takes lessons learned from her father by giving back. She has photo-documented the lives of some of the world’s most vulnerable populations including those in Africa, India and Haiti. Following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, moved by the orphans she encountered there, Nicole made a return trip with a fellow artist, running an art-therapy program for the affected children in Port au Prince.
